Globe Telecom has announced that it acquired exclusive rights to carry the new Samsung Galaxy Note Edge to the Philippine market. The device is offered through its premier postpaid brand Globe Platinum.
The device got its name from its Sleek Edge Screen feature. This secondary display makes for additional screen options like folders, application controls, personalized messages, and ticker-style notifications.
Note Edge also boasts of brighter, clearer images from its 16MP Smart OIS rear camera and 3.7MP front-facing F1.9 lens camera that allows for 120 degree wide angle shots. The device also has faster charging time and higher batter capacity (3000mAh) that allows it to zoom from zero to 50% in only 30 minutes. The Galaxy Note Edge also comes with the handy S-pen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge was unveiled in 2014.
