Smart’s value mobile brand TNT adds color to Zamboanga City’s Hermosa festival as one of the major sponsors. TNT unleashes the ‘panalo’ experience in the month-long festivity which will culminate on October 27, ensuring that Zamboangueños and their guests feel the amazing vibe, boosted by Smart’s network.
To boost the mobile experience of customers, Smart has been enhancing its 5G and LTE network nationwide, including in Zamboanga City and the rest of Mindanao, driving tourism, empowering businesses of all sizes and helping local governments connect with their constituents. Other than in Zamboanga City, Smart also rolled out additional sites in the Zamboanga peninsula, particularly in Tambulig, Pagadian City, and Dimataling.

This year, the TNT Night sparkled even brighter with noontime show host and social media star Jackie Gonzaga headlining the Hermosa Street Dance Competition. Known locally as Fiesta Pilar, Zamboanga Hermosa honors the city’s patron saint, Nuestra Señora de la Virgen del Pilar. The festival is an opportunity for local performers and artists to showcase their craft. Beyond merrymaking, Zamboanga Hermosa also holds various sports competitions including the colorful vinta race ‘Regatta de Zamboanga’, as well as various exhibitions to promote Zamboanga City’s rich and diverse culture.
