RCBC introduces RCBC Pay

Called RCBC Pay, it is a payment solution that allows RCBC Mastercard credit cardholders to make secure, contactless payments using their Near Field Communication (NFC)-compatible Android smartphones.

Financial services provider RCBC achieved a new milestone when it launched a payment platform that transforms payment experience by offering users with a fast, convenient and secure method of making payments anytime, anywhere.

Called RCBC Pay, it is a payment solution that allows RCBC Mastercard credit cardholders to make secure, contactless payments using their Near Field Communication (NFC)-compatible Android smartphones. RCBC Pay leverages advanced NFC technology, allowing credit cardholders to pay by tapping their Android smartphones and enjoy the benefits of their Mastercard, without needing to carry the physical card.

RCBC Pay was developed and deployed by Thales, a global leader in payment technology and security. It is powered by Mastercard.

Our advanced security technologies ensure that users can make contactless payments with confidence, knowing their transactions are protected by the highest standards of security.”

RCBC Pay is now available to all RCBC Mastercard cardholders with NFC-enabled Android smartphones. To start using RCBC Pay, cardholders can download the RCBC Pulz app from Google Play, link their RCBC Mastercard credit card, and begin making contactless payments immediately. RCBC Pay can be used at over 92-million Mastercard-accepting merchants around the world.
