Eastern Communications’ clients commend telco for its high-tech, high-touch service

From January to June 2023, the company was able to reach an overall customer satisfaction score of 92.83%.

As Eastern Communications nears its 145th milestone anniversary, a number of valued clients have expressed commendation and confidence in the company for its outstanding service aligned with its ‘high-tech’ and ‘high-touch’ promise.

From January to June 2023, the company was able to reach an overall customer satisfaction score of 92.83%. Meanwhile, onwards the second half of the year, Eastern has launched the Evolve Your Way Campaign, encouraging its clients to start embracing digital transformation in their business.
