With the launch of the Philippine IT-BPM Industry Roadmap 2028, the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and its stakeholders took a big leap and set a very lofty ambition for the sector—that of generating 1.1 million new jobs for Filipinos and becoming a US$59 billion industry by the close of the next six years.
In line with this, IBPAP will be holding its first IT-BPM Career & Job Fair on 27 April 2023, where students, fresh graduates, and job seekers will get the chance to LEARN from IT-BPM practitioners and professionals; ENHANCE their knowledge of the dynamic sector and the evolving talent landscape; gain ACCESS to IBPAP’s expansive network of member organizations; and PURSUE opportunities with like-minded companies and individuals.
The event will be held virtually on https://itbpm.talenthub.ph/ and will feature jobs postings, exhibitor booths, learning sessions, and many more. Through the platform, participants will be able to (1) set up a profile and upload their resumes, (2) request a real-time chat with potential employers using text, audio, or video, and (3) watch how-to videos that could give them a leg up in their job search.
