SanDisk Corporation has introduced a high-end USB 3.0 flash drive that can provide write speeds of up to 240MB/s and read speeds of up to 260MB/s. The company also unveiled a dual thumb drive that has a standard Type A USB 2.0 plug on one side, and a Micro-B USB 2.0 plug on the other.
Targeted at high-end users, the SanDisk Extreme PRO USB 3.0 flash drive features professional-grade performance (up to 60 times faster than the standard USB 2.0 drives which only offer write-speeds of 4MB/s), and 128GB of storage.
With its fast write and read speeds, the SanDisk Extreme PRO USB 3.0 flash drive is possibly the fastest USB 3.0 drive that offers 128GB of storage. It allow users to transfer a full-length movie in seconds or 1,000 hi-res photo in less than 35 seconds, making the drive a perfect device for storing photos and videos.
