Ford Philippines unveiled the new Ford Ranger FX4, the latest addition to its best-selling Ranger lineup of pickup trucks that are currently available in 13 variants.
Equipped with the latest technological innovations and features, the Ranger FX4 complements the demands for an enhanced driving experience for both drivers and passengers. Powered by Ford’s 2.2L Duratorq diesel engine mated with a six-speed manual or automatic transmission, the Ranger FX4 delivers 160PS and 385Nm of torque.
On the exterior, the Ranger FX4 is built with a design that distinguishes itself across the entire Ranger lineup. It comes with an 18-inch black alloy wheels, new mesh grille, extended steel sports bar, and ebony black accents on side mirror caps, door handles, front and rear bumpers and fender features that provide distinct look and style for the pickup truck. Apart from these, the vehicle has decals along the lower doors and a 3D badge on its tailgate.
Inside, the vehicle offers FX4-embossed leather seats, FX4- branded floor mats, and sporty dark environment highlighted by race red stitching accents on the soft top instrument panel, center console, gear shifter, and door trims.
For comfort and safety features, the Ranger FX4 comes with driver-assistance technologies that include Cruise Control, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD), Rear Parking Sensors, Rain Sensing Wipers, Power Folding Mirrors, and Electronic Power Assist Steering (EPAS),
The vehicle also offers infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, including a new 8-inch full color touchscreen.

Available in all Ford dealerships nationwide, the new Ford Ranger FX4 is offered in 4×2 manual variant which has a starting retail price of PhP1,256,000, and 4×2 automatic variant at PhP1,316,000. It comes in five colors: absolute black, aluminum metallic, arctic white, meteor grey, and true red.
Besides launching Ranger FX4, Ford Philippines also introduced a series of enhancements and upgrades to its entire Ranger portfolio.
Ranger XLS variants now come with a new 8-inch LCD touchscreen radio with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Capability. A new Ranger XLS Sport 4×2 A/T variant is added to the Ranger XLS products available to customers.
Ranger XLT variants also come with a new 8-inch LCD touchscreen radio with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Capability.
Ranger Wildtrak 4×2 variants now have a new wheel design and LED headlamps. The Wildtrak 4×4 also has a new wheel design, LED headlamps, camera-based Autonomous Emergency Braking with pedestrian detection and high-mount USB feature to support various dashcam models.
The Ranger Raptor now comes with a camera-based Autonomous Emergency Braking with pedestrian detection, high-mount USB and LED headlamps.
