The report also claimed that the Philippines is one of the fastest growing smartphone markets worldwide with a market size that hit 2.6 million last year and which is expected to reach 3.6 million this year. Ngan revealed that based on an IDC study, Lenovo placed third among vendors in the global smartphone market in the third quarter of 2013.
