Lenovo launched new additions to its K8 lineup of midrange smartphones, the Lenovo K8 Note and Lenovo K8 Plus, which target the millennial market.

Lenovo launched new additions to its K8 lineup of midrange smartphones, the Lenovo K8 Note and Lenovo K8 Plus, which target the Millennial market.

The Lenovo K8 Note is equipped with a dual camera set-up which features 13-megapixel primary and five-megapixel secondary depth sensors, and a selfie camera with a full-light LED flash.

The Lenovo K8 Note is powered by a Helio 10-core, 2.3GHz, 64-bit processor with four cores clocked at 1.4GHz; another four cores at 1.85GHz and two cores clocked at 2.3GHz. On board also is an ARM Mali T-880 MP4 GPU (graphics processing unit). The device runs Android Nougat 7 operating system, with assured updates to Android Oreo.

The device also has a 4GB of RAM and a built-in 64GB storage which is expandable by up to 128GB via microSD card. On the outside, its metal form factor features a water repellent coating combined with a 5.5-inch FHD display with scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla glass. For entertainment, the device has Dolby Atmos enhancement, TheaterMax technology, and Music Key to access your favorite tunes, and a 4,000mAh non-removable battery (with 15W rapid charger) to energize it.

The Lenovo K8 Plus, on the other hand, is powered by MediaTek P25 2.5GHz Octa-core processor, and ARM Mali-T880 MP2 900MHz GPU and runs Android Nougat 7.1 operating system (with assured updates to Android Oreo). The device is packed with 4GB memory and 32GB storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

The K8 Plus sports a 5.2-inch FHD display with 2.5D IPS Corning Gorilla glass for scratch resistance; has Dolby Atmos speaker, TheaterMax technology, and Music Key for audio enhancement. It is also equipped with 13MP and 5MP dual rear cameras, and 8MP selfie camera; and energized by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery with 10W rapid charge support.

Starting November 9 to December 12, both the Lenovo’s K8 Note and K8 Plus are available at Lazada’s Online Revolution Sale with a special price of P8,999 and P7,999, respectively. On its regular run, the K8 Note and K8 Plus, which both come in black and gold colors, are priced at P13,999 and P11,999.
