Predator Philippines launched the newest Triton 700, the first-ever Predator heavy-duty gaming laptop assembled using the Max-Q design approach that enables slim and lightweight laptops with high gaming performance.
Sporting an aluminum chassis measuring 18.9mm thick, the Triton 700 laptop is available in two models: those which bear NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 1080 with Max-Q design; and the GeForce GTX 1060.
The GTX 1080, which is powered by Quad-core Intel i7 processor, offers smooth visuals and overclocking speed potential, and minimizes or eliminates screen tearing and stuttering made possible by NVIDIA G-SYNC that matches the refresh rate of the Triton 700’s 15.6-inch full high definition (FHD) display with GPU. The device’s HD screen offers improved visuals through the system’s VR-ready GPU and processor while surround sound can be possible through Dolby ATMOS.
The Triton 700’s mechanical keyboard has slim keys and is RGB Backlit with backlight colors that are customizable. On the front of the keyboard is a Corning Gorilla glass that acts as a Precision Touchpad. Having input/output ports placed on either side of the unit, the device can be connected to up to three monitors via Thunderbolt 3 or Internet via Ethernet port.
For its cooling system, the Triton 700 has a thermal design with twin Aeroblade airflow throughout the computer. Connected to these are six heat pipes and four heat syncs to support cooling throughout the machine’s components as hot air is expelled.
The Triton 700 GTX 1060 model retails at P134,999. For a limited time, customers get a Predator Cestus 500 mouse and P3,000-worth of Steam credits for every purchase of the unit.
The Triton GTX 1080, on the other hand, can be bought at P220,999. Each purchase of the unit gives customers a Predator Cestus mouse, Predator Galea 500 gaming headset, and P5,000-worth of Steam credits on a limited basis.
