Casio G-SHOCK announced the release of the new MASTER of G Frogman GWFD1000B-1, designed to withstand underwater missions.
The amphibious G-SHOCK Frogman continues to evolve with this latest addition to the MASTER of G collection. The GWFD1000B-1 is designed with Triple Sensor technology featuring a new depth gauge, digital compass (with automatic horizontal correction), and thermometer in addition to a high-visibility, full Auto LED light and Dive Log. These advancements were developed after conducting special interviews with a professional rescue team of the Japan Coast Guard. The updates help divers grasp the environmental changes at deep sea levels and provide real-time measurement data.
In addition to G-SHOCK’s ethos of Absolute Toughness via its unique Shock Resistant structure, the Frogman delivers not only in advanced technologies but in style. This diver’s watch was designed in a stainless steel case and screw-lock case back with DLC Coating, sapphire crystal, and carbon fiber insert band. The large buttons are easy to operate even with gloves on. The watch is ISO 200M Water Resistant and in addition to the Frogman’s diving-specific qualities, the timepiece also takes advantage of the digital watch, which features World Time (31 Time Zones / 48 Cities + UTC), Time Stamp Function (date & time), 1/00th Second Stopwatch (100 Hr.), Countdown Timer (24 Hr.), 4 Daily Alarms & 1 Snooze, (12/24 Hr. Time Formats), all at a glance.
