TP ranks in Top 10 Best Workplaces for 2025

For the fourth consecutive year, TP in the Philippines (TP), a global leader in digital business services, is recognized as one of the top Philippines Best Workplaces in 2025.

For the fourth consecutive year, TP in the Philippines (TP), a global leader in digital business services, is recognized as one of the top Philippines Best Workplaces in 2025. Receiving the award at the Okada Manila Grand Ballroom, Chief People Officer of TP, Jeffrey Johnson emphasized that such a distinction is attributed to the passionate people of TP across the country.

At TP, we are immensely proud of our workplace culture that continues to evolve and respond to the needs of people. We are further enriching this culture with investments in Emotional Intelligence or EI, now the cornerstone of our high-tech, high-touch, high-standards growth engine. This recognition emboldens us further to advance our efforts to empower our people and the communities where we operate in the midst of rapid and unpredictable changes,” shared Johnson.

TP ranks 8th in the Top Ten Best Workplaces – Large Companies category. The list is curated by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute, a global authority on workplace culture. GPTW surveys over 20 million employees worldwide to quantify their work cultures based on credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie as benchmarks with the ultimate goal of cultivating high trust work experiences and producing better business results.

In 2024, TP earned the Great Place to Work certification for the seventh consecutive year since 2018. Established in 1996, TP has grown to become one of the largest and most preferred employers in the country, currently with a 60,000-strong workforce across 27 delivery centers.
