Companies that have shown exceptional human connection and positive workplace culture were recognized and honored at the Best Workplaces 2025 Awards ceremony organized by the Great Place To Work Philippines.
The 50 organizations which made it to the list of Best Workplaces in the Philippines this year were selected from a total of 250 certified companies vying for the Best Workplaces Awards in the Philippines for 2025. These companies give more importance on employee engagement, compensation, leadership, and career development.
Roland Wee, board chair at Great Place To Work Philippines, said these certified companies, classified as small, medium and large according to the number of employees, were asked to answer 60 questions on Great Places To Work’s Trust Index Survey, which evaluates workplace culture through direct employee feedback. The survey examines key metrics such as the level of trust employees have, the level of pride employees have, and the level of camaraderie and teamwork.
The Great Place To Work Philippines offers certification programs for organizations which excel in workplace culture and employee experience.
For 2025, the top workplaces in the Philippines were announced during the awards ceremony. The top three spots for the large category were occupied by Synchrony Global Services Philippines, Inc., [24]7.ai Philippines, and Accenture, respectively. In the medium category, DHL Express, Hilton, and Cisco were ranked first, second, and third best, while Kollab, EXCA Education Migration and Visa Services, and I’M Hotel were the top three best workplaces in the small category.
These leading organizations have proven that investing in people – fostering trust in leadership, strong colleague relationships, and company loyalty – remains fundamental to sustainable growth in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
Meanwhile, studies conducted by Great Place To Work Philippines to over 750,000 Philippine-based employees showed that fewer employees report having a positive experience at work, with Trust Index scores generally trending downward in many organizations.
Employees who consider their workplace a psychologically and emotionally healthy space represented 78% of the total in 2025, reflecting a four percentage-point decrease compared with the 82% in 2023. Workplace engagement, likewise, dropped to 83% in 2025 from 87% in 2023.
“While providing resources and equipment is essential, today’s professionals also need environments where they can speak openly and find meaning in their work, along with clarity of expectations from leaders across organizations. These remain paramount in the success of the company as a whole,” shared Antoniette Mendoza-Talosig, managing partner at Great Place To Work Philippines.
