PEGA Residency Program

One of ING Hubs Philippines’ most impactful talent initiatives, the PEGA Residency Program, is redefining how experienced professionals build future-ready careers with skills for the next major program. This twelve-month development track trains employees in low-code development, a rapidly growing skill set that empowers teams to create digital solutions efficiently. Since 2021, it has built a robust PEGA Center of Excellence with over 100 specialists, boasting a 95% retention rate and 27% resident promotions. With five successful batches, the program continues to shape the next wave of tech talent.

Graduate Trainee Program

A program that’s seen expansion following the growth of successful participants, the Graduate Trainee Program (GT Program) saw its first batch in 2020 and has attracted top graduates from a mix of esteemed academic institutions and majors. Talents in this program are put through upskilling sessions to develop their knowledge and then put to practical business-as-usual tasks to exercise and develop their skills.

The program was created to accelerate fresh talents into young professionals who excel and perform in their fields. “For the GT Program, we see that graduates are potentially our next generation of leaders and experts for ING,” Moreno-Valenzuela shared.

Process Expert Build Program

In line with ING Hubs Philippines’ focus on growing the difference, the six-month Process Expert Build program aims to improve and enhance the way employees do work with faster, better, and more efficient processes to drive operational excellence. Here, one’s problem-solving skills, drive for innovation, ability to improve processes, as well as ownership in project management are sharpened. With nine batches successfully trained since 2018, the program fosters continuous growth and adaptability in an evolving workplace.

Leadership Build Program
