Kaspersky rolls out new Partner Program benefits

In 2024, Kaspersky restructured its Partner Program into four key partner types, recognizing the diverse profiles within its network – from traditional resellers and system integrators to innovative MSSPs and technology partners.

Kaspersky is introducing significant enhancements in its Partner Program for Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partners. These updates reinforce Kaspersky’s commitment to a partner-first approach, ensuring its ecosystem aligns seamlessly with the evolving business models and needs of its partners.

In 2024, Kaspersky restructured its Partner Program into four key partner types, recognizing the diverse profiles within its network – from traditional resellers and system integrators to innovative MSSPs and technology partners. This transformation simplifies collaboration and enhances the partner experience, allowing different types of partners to leverage Kaspersky’s solutions with greater efficiency. As we move into 2025, Kaspersky remains dedicated to supporting its partners’ adaptation to this evolving strategy while refining the program to better align with their needs.

Understanding the unique requirements of MSSPs, who deliver advanced security services through flexible consumption models, Kaspersky conducted in-depth research to shape the MANAGE program’s structure. The latest updates to the MANAGE program for MSSPs include an expanded rebate structure covering all subscription-based licensing models, as well as the introduction of Solution Advisory Services – a suite of non-monetary benefits designed to enhance MSSPs’ service delivery capabilities.

Now MSSP partners can benefit from personalized Solution Advisory Sessions, where Kaspersky’s regional experts offer guidance on optimizing the use of Kaspersky products for security services. These sessions cover essential aspects such as product capabilities, performance limitations and integration strategies, ensuring partners have the insights needed to maximize their offerings.

To further support partners in customer engagement, Kaspersky is also introducing Solution Presales Support Sessions. These sessions provide advisory support for presales activities, including demo sessions and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), equipping MSSPs with in-depth knowledge to effectively present and implement Kaspersky solutions in real-world scenarios.

To request Solution Advisory and Presales Support Sessions, partners can contact their local Kaspersky office. The Kaspersky team in the designated region will arrange the session, involving a local engineer.

Additionally, Kaspersky United Partner Portal now provides access to a wider range of technical documentation, deployment scenarios, design considerations, best practices and configuration examples specifically tailored for Managed Security Services.

“By enhancing our Partner Program with a dedicated focus on MSSPs, we are reaffirming our commitment to our partners’ success,” said Inna Nazarova, Head of Global Channel at Kaspersky. “We believe that by working closely with our partners, we can collectively drive stronger security outcomes for customers in today’s increasingly complex cyber landscape.”
