Fiber broadband provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is jumpstarting April by extending its free speed boost to its existing customers up to June 30.
Subscribers to the company’s unlimited bandwidth FiberX and Gamechanger plans can enjoy up to 200 Mbps of boosted speed while keeping the same monthly recurring fee. The free speed upgrade is effective nationwide where Converge is available and does not require additional eligibility criteria, cost, or sign-up. New subscribers are automatically signed up for the boosted speeds, depending on their chosen plan.
“It might be surprising to make this announcement on this day, but customer satisfaction is paramount to how we operate,” said Converge Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Benjamin B. Azada. “We received very positive feedback after we initially revealed the speed boost, so we decided to extend it. While everyone might be having fun today, we want our subscribers to know that we are serious about empowering their homes and businesses and giving them an amazing customer experience!”
Subscribers on learn-from-home and work-from-home arrangements using the award-winning Converge Time of Day plans will continue to enjoy double their subscribed bandwidth of up to 1 Gbps, while gaming-focused GameChanger subscribers will keep on enjoying their high-prioritization, low jitter, low latency, and ultra-high-speed gaming experience with a major speed boost of at least 500 Mbps up to 1 Gbps.

Considered the most affordable and value-for-money streaming plan in the market, subscribers will get to enjoy the convenience of paying through a single bill since Vision can be bundled with their FiberX plan. New and existing Metro Manila subscribers can avail of the Vision Xperience Box for free along with its free installation until August 31, 2024.
