Over the past 11 years, Brother Philippines and PBSP have been steadfast supporters of Iñigan Elementary School, delivering tangible benefits to the school and its community. This aligns with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly focusing on the 4th SDG of Quality Education by being dedicated to creating opportunities for the students of Iñigan Elementary School.

On top of that, With over a decade of partnership efforts, Brother and PBSP have been able to provide essential school supplies and materials to students, contributing to their learning experience. This also hit the UN’s 17th SDG or Partnership for the Goals.

In 2018, Brother Philippines installed solar panels at the school, ensuring a consistent source of electricity. In 2019, they also aided in upgrading the school’s water system, improving water access for students and staff.

In addition to these infrastructure enhancements, Brother has actively engaged with the students and faculty through creative and educational activities during their annual visits. These activities not only provided valuable learning experiences but also fostered a sense of community and camaraderie.

Despite the lockdown and strict quarantine guidelines in 2020, Brother donated printers and other consumables for the school. In 2021, they also donated 3 sets of School-in-a-Bag (SIAB) – 2 sets from Brother and 1 set donated by the Employees. Each package contained ten (10) tablets, a laptop, LTE pocket Wi-Fi with a starter load, a memory card, USB storage, CVIF-DLP e-manual, Adarna House’s Buribooks (via web), and Oyayi USB + Teacher’s guide. All of which were beneficial and useful for their distant learning.

The Brother Philippines team returned to Iñigan Elementary School in 2023, resuming their tradition of supporting the school community. This year, the team brought essential school materials and supplies, ensuring the students were well-prepared for the upcoming school year.
