Smart launches new campaign in Cebu for better customer experience

Cebu province and Cebu City in particular, continue to be among the most important areas in the Visayas for PLDT and Smart, where the two serve millions of individuals, homes, and businesses with mobile and fiber services.

Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) recently launched its newest campaign “Smart5G Power Up Cebu”, which features faster, better, and stronger services and programs for retailers and subscribers in Cebu, the country’s Queen City of the South. Cebu province and Cebu City in particular, continue to be among the most important areas in the Visayas for PLDT and Smart, where the two serve millions of individuals, homes, and businesses with mobile and fiber services.

“We know that Cebu has been through hard times because of the pandemic and the onslaught of super typhoon Odette. We at Smart would like to provide a meaningful customer experience by widening our network coverage in the province and creating even better programs and activities for our Cebuano retailers and subscribers. These efforts will help us recover together and get stronger this 2022,” says Alex O. Caeg, SVP and Head of Consumer Sales Group at PLDT and Smart.

This campaign ensures that Smart’s services reach more retailers, schools, and towns, making Smart a reliable partner of Cebuanos in education, business, and entertainment, among others. Among the latest Power Up offers is Smart Prepaid’s newest FREE TikTok For All promo, which gives subscribers free TikTok access upon registration to select prepaid promos.

The hybrid event was joined by Smart’s KaPartner retailers, regional and provincial distributors, and internal business units led by Caeg and Hoyle Disuanco, Group Head/FVP of Smart Regional Customer Development-VisMin.
