Smart’s Infocast boosts PNP 6’s services

Smart Infocast is a web-based text broadcasting solution that enables RFSO 6 to distribute important advisories and announcements to over 15,000 clients consist of police workforce and non-uniformed personnel of Police Regional Office 6.

Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) has partnered with the Philippine National Police Regional Finance Service Office 6 (RFSO 6) to boost their information dissemination efforts through Smart Infocast.

Smart Infocast is a web-based text broadcasting solution that enables RFSO 6 to distribute important advisories and announcements to over 15,000 clients consist of police workforce and non-uniformed personnel of Police Regional Office 6.

“We highly appreciate this partnership with Smart. We thank them for helping us pursue this project that would strengthen our communication strategies and make the whole of our paying jurisdiction well-informed with finance service-related matters,” said PCOL Cresenciano Landicho, Chief of RFSO 6.

Smart Infocast also allows registered subscribers of RFSO 6 to send reports or feedback. This feature aligns with the institution’s goal of utilizing better solutions to meet customers’ needs. Smart also distributed free SIM cards to RFSO 6 personnel.

PLDT and Smart’s efforts to provide support to various public and private organizations through technology and connectivity underscore the companies’ commitment to help the Philippines attain the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goal No. 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure.

The formal launching was joined by PCOL Cresenciano Landicho, PLTCOL Angelito De Juan, PMAJ Junyd Marohom, PMAJ Aladine Revocal, PMAJ Juan Fidel Valeroso, Smart Customer Development Manager for West Visayas Jovel Dela Cruz, Smart Community Development Senior Manager for Visayas Carmencita Nancy Nacua, Smart Community Development Officer Cathlyn Adlawan, and PD Operations Manager Paul Tolentino.
