Converge teams up with SweldoMo to empower businesses

With the partnership, SweldoMo will now be part of Converge “Workplace” which aims to provide automated solutions to make managing businesses easier and more efficient.

Converge ICT Solutions, inked partnership with SweldoMo to push their shared vision of empowering businesses through reliable and efficient digital solutions.

Converge’s Chief Operating Officer Jesus Romero, and SweldoMo’s Chief Marketing and Chief Sales Officer Nino Obach signed the agreement on February 21, Monday, signaling an expansion of both companies’ capacity to help more SMEs and large enterprises.

“Converge continues to become more than just an internet service provider, by giving opportunities for growth to businesses with our digital solutions. This partnership has a common goal to make managing business more convenient to maximize growth and efficiency,” Romero said.

“We in SweldoMo believe that digital efficiency is for everyone. By ensuring the highest level of accuracy in our automated processes, we can empower more businesses to achieve functional efficiency in their daily operations and become a modern workplace. Converge will greatly help us realize that goal,” Obach added.

Aside from SweldoMo, more solutions will be launched in the future under Converge Workplace to provide convenient technology tools to SMEs and enterprises.

Making business management easier from hiring to retiring

SweldoMo, under Converge “Workplace” solutions, is an automated payroll and HR management system that takes care of HR, Timekeeping and Payroll processes. It is a Cloud service that is accessible through any device, anytime and anywhere. Through SweldoMo, timekeeping and attendance management is already automated, ensuring 100% real time and accurate data. This feature eliminates errors, double-entry records and other inconsistencies due to manual processing.

With SweldoMo’s FaceDTR mobile app, users can clock in and out on the go. Integrated with photo capture and geo-tagging features, it is perfect for a work-anywhere scenario which is one of the elements of a modern workplace.

It also has an employee self-service portal that can be accessed through the mobile or web app. With this, employees can file their DTRs, overtime, official business days, leaves, reviewing time logs and requesting COE’s hassle-free. Managers can also approve these requests real time.

The software also values accuracy and timeliness especially in terms of processing the employee’s salaries. With Converge Workplace SweldoMo, delayed salaries will now be a thing of the past. Payroll processing with SweldoMo can be done in a matter of minutes instead of days through its automated processes.

SweldoMo also helps businesses shift to a paperless system, through its automated processing of employees’ 201 files. Employers can access personnel files from anywhere, without having to browse through piles of paper and filing cabinets.

More importantly, the system is deemed compliant with government regulations, particularly with the Department of Labor and Employment and the Data Privacy Act. SweldoMo has a dedicated team monitoring all government regulations to make sure that the system is adjusted accordingly with recent state mandates.
