Samsung unveiled three newest variations of Galaxy S22 smartphones, consisting of Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+, two flagship devices that feature camera with advanced intelligent image processing. The other model is the S22 Ultra which merged the power of Note series and the pro-grade camera and performance of the S series.
Galaxy S22 and S22+
Both Galaxy S22 and S22+ are equipped with a 50MP camera, 10MP tele-lens, and 12MP ultra-wide lens to get high quality shots. These devices feature Nightography and Adaptive Pixel technologies designed to let in more light, draw out details, and capture colors that make content pop, even in the dark. These models are also equipped with Auto Framing feature which detects and tracks up to 10 people, automatically adjusting the camera’s focus for a smooth, sharp footage. Both devices are also equipped with AI Stereo Depth Map which allows taking Portrait Mode photos, and with AI algorithm, subjects will look better even with the smallest details.
Having the first-ever 4nm processors, both S22 and S22+ power the most advanced AI and ML processing for all streaming and productivity needs. Network behavior analysis streamlines app performance by detecting the app being used and directing the most power for a smooth streaming, web surfing, and navigating apps.
Galaxy S22 is energized by an all-day battery and features 25W fast charging while the Galaxy S22+ is powered by a battery that can last even longer than a day on a single charge and offers 45W super-fast charging.
Both devices come with a Dynamic AMOLED 2x adaptive 120Hz display designed for gaming and watching. The Galaxy S22’s 6.1-inch display and Galaxy S22+’s 6.6-inch are built with Intelligent Vision Booster technology which adjusts the lighting and improves display brightness through a single charge hardware performance enhancements.
Available in Phantom Black, Phantom White, Green, and Pink Gold, Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ are the first S series models with frames made of armor aluminum. The Galaxy S22 series sports the new Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, and uses material that contains 20% recycled ocean-bound plastic from discard fishing nets and 100% recycled paper for its packaging.
The Galaxy S22 series is supported by up to four generations of Android OS upgrades where users can leverage the latest security, productivity and other new features.
