The St. Peter eStore is a full service on-line store that was conceptualized even before the pandemic to respond to the needs of its current planholders and prospective planholders who prefer to reach St. Peter online. A first in the industry, the eStore responds to the growing demand for online access and services. With the eStore, purchasing a St. Peter life plan and transacting business with St. Peter has become more convenient and secure.

They are also provided with an activated call center solution composing of PBX equipment, SIP Trunk, and manpower services via ePLDT’s subsidiary CuroTek, designed to immediately respond to queries and requests made by their valued plan holders. Furthermore, PLDT deployed Google Suite of workplace collaboration applications to boost their marketing team’s initiatives and offerings time to market, and to further enhance the company’s efforts to work and communicate with their customers.
More importantly, PLDT is helping St. Peter secure their digital platforms by performing vulnerability tests to discover cyber risks and provide recommendations to deter cyber hacks and protect the system from cybersecurity threats.
