Vertiv earns ‘Great Place to Work’ distinction in Phl

According to the 2021 Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey, 77% of its employees in the Philippines ranked Vertiv as a Great Place to Work with the results showing that Vertiv employees trust their leaders, take pride in what they do, and benefit from a thriving work culture.  

Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, announced that it has received the Great Place to Work certification for 2021 in the Philippines. This recognition underscores the importance Vertiv gives to building a strong employee culture built on trust, collaboration and engagement. 

Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace culture, conducted an online survey of 571 Vertiv employees and analyzed the data. According to the 2021 Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey, 77% of its employees in the Philippines ranked Vertiv as a Great Place to Work with the results showing that Vertiv employees trust their leaders, take pride in what they do, and benefit from a thriving work culture.  

“Being certified as a Great Place to Work is a testament to how we value our people. Our employees make it possible for Vertiv to continue helping businesses move forward, especially during these difficult times. They deserve no less than the best work culture and environment,” said David Yao, general manager, global regional operations center at Vertiv. 

To provide employees with quality workplace experience during the challenges of remote work, Vertiv implemented several initiatives focused on building employee engagement through the use of internal communications tools and social media.

Vertiv has over 700 employees in the Philippines, where it runs both the local business operations as well as the regional and global shared services.
