Equipping more young learners with strong foundational skills to prepare them for college and future careers, Mapúa University’s Senior High School expands its academic offering with the Arts and Design track.
Offered in the University’s Makati campus and designed for students with creative passions and skills and who dream of working in the creative industries like music, theater, visual arts, and multimedia arts, among others, Mapúa’s Arts and Design track focuses on graphic design, animation and video production, screenwriting, film production process, visual content process, digital journalism, and audio production.
With its curriculum’s focus on the creative skills and career opportunities, the Arts and Design track is aligned with the Mapúa college programs Advertising Design, Broadcast Media, Digital Film, Digital Journalism, and Multimedia arts, all offered in the University’s School of Media Studies.
The Arts and Design track is in addition to Mapúa Senior High School’s offering of Academic track, which includes the following strands: Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM); General Academic Strand (GAS); Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS); and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
