Globe At Home gives free permanent speed upgrade

Loyal Globe At Home customers are eligible for a speed upgrade up to five times their current subscription. Providing free permanent speed upgrade is a timely response to the demand for reliable connectivity since most households continue to work, earn, and learn from home.

Globe At Home sets higher standards on customer service experience by continuously innovating to provide good and reliable home internet connectivity, and providing end-to-end proactive care from inquiry to installation even up to after-sales services.

These are the new measures that Globe At Home has taken to make customers feel that they are Powered by Care.

Loyal Globe At Home customers are eligible for a speed upgrade up to five times their current subscription. Providing free permanent speed upgrade is a timely response to the demand for reliable connectivity since most households continue to work, earn, and learn from home. 

Customers are highly encouraged to check their eligibility through the Globe At Home app as certain terms and conditions apply.

Prioritizing the safety of its customers, Globe At Home makes it easy for them to self-activate the permanent upgrade as this can be conveniently done through the Globe At Home app

On the app’s dashboard, go to ‘Account Services’, click ‘Upgrade Your Plan’, and proceed to ‘Select Preferred Plan.’ 

The Globe At Home app is available for download on Android and iOS devices. This is an added layer on ensuring convenience for and protection of its customers as this allows them to monitor their data usage, settle their bills, change or upgrade their plans, report an issue, request for reconnection while staying safe at their homes.
