Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Exclusive Networks expand APAC partnership

The partnership will enable Exclusive Networks to offer the full spectrum of ALE communication/collaboration and networking solutions through its reseller network. This is in addition to Singapore, where the company has been offering ALE solutions for close to 20 years.

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a provider of communications, networking and cloud solutions tailored to customers’ industries, announced that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Exclusive Networks to expand channel market reach to Australia and New Zealand, the Philippines, and Thailand. The partnership will enable Exclusive Networks to offer the full spectrum of ALE communication/collaboration and networking solutions through its reseller network. This is in addition to Singapore, where the company has been offering ALE solutions for close to 20 years.

Despite the current economic contractions in Southeast Asia, caused by the impact of the global health crisis, countries in the region have been building up their Internet and mobile connectivity infrastructure. Southeast Asia, which is also home to millions of young digital natives and an extremely strong e-commerce sector, is well positioned to rebuild and recover from the crisis.

“In our current landscape, digitalization must be further promoted as it will be a key player in propelling activity, recovery, and growth in the next normal. It is our goal to help and accelerate more businesses of any scale in the Philippines to be digitally ready and strongly connected, and we believe this partnership is a great boost as we work towards achieving our goal for the year, said Kit Andal, Country Manager, Philippines, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.

According to Damien Delard, Country Leader, Southeast Asia, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, “Exclusive Networks will be an invaluable partner to us in Southeast Asia as we strive to help local enterprises in markets like the Philippines and Thailand make everything connect through our technologies. The collaboration is timely as Southeast Asian countries are home to some of the most innovative businesses in the world building up their overall communication and connectivity at a rapid pace. ALE will be well positioned to support them through this partnership.”

The ALE-Exclusive Networks partnership will also support customers in Asia Pacific that require end-to-end communication and networking solutions, such as cloud-managed Wi-Fi connectivity, and support across multiple markets.

“We are delighted to be extending our strong and successful partnership with ALE, which goes back almost 20 years in Singapore, across the Asia Pacific region. Exclusive Networks brings an extensive presence including a strong reseller network to the partnership and will provide coverage and consistency for our key GSIs,” said Brad Gray, SVP for Exclusive Networks APAC.  Managing Director for Pacific, Jonathan Odria added, “With this partnership, Exclusive Networks’ native strength in security, networking and unified communications allows us an even more robust consultative and holistic approach to meeting customer requirements.”

The ALE and Exclusive Networks partnership will be expanded to more territories in Asia Pacific by 2022.
