Denmark-based communications and sound solutions provider Jabra launched the Elite 85t, a compact true wireless earbuds that are equipped with Jabra’s Advanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology which reduces or cancels unwanted sound a user does not want to hear.
The Elite 85t is built with a dedicated ANC chipset that can deliver better ANC capability as well as optimal sound processing. Users can choose their preferred amount of noise cancellation through HearThrough as it is fully adjustable with a dual slider from full ANC to full HearThrouh and anywhere in between. The ANC uses two microphones in each earbud to cancel unwanted noise.
An oval-shaped earbud, the Elite 85t adopt the semi-open design that eliminates the ‘earplug feeling’ when earbuds are wore for a long period of time. The device also uses the six-mic technology for voice calls anywhere, and 12-millimeter speakers to produce big sound and powerful bass. The speakers are elevated by MySound which optimizes and configures sound.
The Elite 85t is energized with a battery life of up to 5.5 hours on a single charge with ANC on. With a charging case, battery life can be extended up to a total of 25 hours with ANC on and 31 hours with ANC off. The device supports wireless charging capability, and offers ultimate charging convenience as it is Qi-certified and compatible with all Qi wireless chargers. The earbuds are also equipped with IPX-4 rated protection from water, and two-year extended warranty against dust and water.
A Bluetooth headphone, the Elite 85t allows users to connect their earbuds to all Bluetooth audio-enabled phones and tablets. It also has a digital voice assistant function available for Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant where users can access information they need.
Selling for PhP11,999, the Elite 85t can be bought in select retailers and online shopping destinations such as Lazada and Shopee starting December this year. The Titanium/Black-colored earbuds will be available this December, while the Gold/Beige, Black and Grey-colored will be out in the market from Q1 2021.
