Solaire debuts branded profile on Spotify

Known to be a champion of Original Pilipino Music (OPM), Solaire has long valued the musical artistry of local talents which is evident in the shows it produces and have become known for.

Solaire steps into the world of music production, releasing seven original songs on Spotify, and becoming the first hotel and resort in the Philippines to have a Branded Profile on the music streaming platform.

Known to be a champion of Original Pilipino Music (OPM), Solaire has long valued the musical artistry of local talents which is evident in the shows it produces and have become known for. The resort puts emphasis on collaboration, working with legendary music icons from all eras and genres to create showstopping performances that will etch in the minds of its audience.

Moving beyond the theater stage and lights, Solaire reinvents its musical bravado to include self-produced songs that are more personal, more meaningful and more dynamic. The thought process and creative ingenuity that go behind each song is undeniably laborious but also incredibly effortless. With a total of 7 original themed compositions, Solaire’s songs provide a heartfelt connection in every line, verse and upbeat instrumentals.

“The Solaire experience has always been one of our great strengths as a brand and what has made us the leading integrated resort in the country. This move into producing our own songs is not just our way of supporting Filipino artists, but also a step to expand our presence beyond hotel stays, dining experiences, and entertainment inside the property. We want our guests to be able to take with them their Solaire experience and be able to relive that any time in their homes, or anywhere they may be,” says Lorenzo Manalang, Solaire’s Vice President for Brand and Marketing.

The resort first released “Follow The Sun” as an ode to the unique experiences under Solaire’s iconic sun logo. It has also released two Valentine’s Day songs entitled, “Each Day With You” and “When I’m With You”, and two holiday theme songs “12 Days of Christmas”, and “You Just Know It’s Christmas” which can be streamed as a lyric or instrumental version. “My Oh My (M.O.M)” and “Pa” tug at the heart with their emotion-filled verses dedicated to the heads of the household.
