Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) taps AGS to streamline operations

Dynamics 365 helps organizations accelerate digital transformation through its business applications in the cloud. It also unifies Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities that deliver new applications to help manage specific business functions in a variety of organizations.

Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI), a nonprofit organization, partnered with AGS—a subsidiary of digital business solutions enabler ePLDT—for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to power up its finance and operations.

Dynamics 365 helps organizations accelerate digital transformation through its business applications in the cloud. It also unifies Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities that deliver new applications to help manage specific business functions in a variety of organizations.

In particular, its CRM tool can help nonprofit organizations build and maintain relationships with donors much like sales contacts, with an increased ability to sell the mission to them through regular follow-ups and continued systematic receipt of support. Meanwhile, its ERP software is as user-friendly as the usual Microsoft Office applications, which makes it easy for RAFI employees to shift to the new and more efficient system.

RAFI, a non-stock, nonprofit organization established in 1966 by Don Ramon Aboitiz, continuously helps elevate the lives of people in the Visayas and Mindanao through programs focused on integrated development, micro-finance and entrepreneurship, culture and heritage, leadership and citizenship, and education.
