Fujifilm Philippines introduced the Fujifilm instax SQUARE SQ6, an instant analog camera that uses the square format instax film with features that complement the preferences and needs of millennials.
The camera comes in square format, allowing users to do on-the-spot photo printing with photo prints 1.5 times the size of instax mini prints, or image measuring 62×62-mm (2.4×2.4-inch).
Equipped with Automatic Exposure Control feature, the instax SQUARE SQ6 can brighten both photo’s subject and background for capturing photos within dark rooms and night scenes. With this function, there’s no need for good lighting to take photos.
The camera also boasts of different shooting modes users can choose from. The Double Exposure Mode allows you to press the shutter twice to capture shot with two images in the same print. There is also the Macro Mode which lets you capture subjects from a close range of 30cm to 50cm. Another instax SQUARE SQ6 function is the Landscape Mode which provides focusing distance of two meters and beyond for capturing photo subjects.
Designed for selfie enthusiasts, the SQUARE SQ6 camera offers a Selfie Mode and Selfie Mirror function which allows you to check the capture area of your selfie in a mirror next to the lens. This function automatically adjusts brightness and focal length to the ideal level for capturing selfies. You can also control the brightness of the photo and add a low-key or high-key effect through the camera’s Light/Dark Mode feature.
Apart from these functions, the instax SQUARE SQ6 also packs with flash color filters that comes in orange, purple and green; retractable lens; LED display; inverted Galilean viewfinder; and a film developing time of approximately 90 seconds. It uses two CR2/DL CR2 Lithium batteries.
Available in three color variants namely blush gold, graphite gray and pearl white, the Fujifilm instax SQUARE SQ6 is sold at P7,999 at all Fujifilm authorized dealers nationwide.
