IDC’s Digital Transformation Awards is a platform that validates the success of DX initiative across organizations in the Philippines. IDC found it critical to search for the DX initiatives that pioneered in the Philippines and to give recognition to these digital trailblazers, as digital transformation has been top-of-mind for businesses as the center of corporate strategy.

The Philippine DX Awards have seven categories of award recognition, which include Digital Transformer of the Year; DX Leader – L3D Mastery; DX Leader – Information Visionary; DX Leader – Omni-experience Innovation; DX Leader – Operational Transformation; DX Leader – Talent Acceleration; and Digital Disruptor of the Year;.

Jubert Alberto, head of operations of IDC Philippines, said: “Significant transformation initiatives have already been visible in the Philippines, with organizations embracing the need for change in order to ride the wave of disruption and heightened competition. It is time to recognize these transformation initiatives, especially organizations that have transformed the industries through the adoption of digital and disruptive technologies and approaches. In the first ever Philippine DX Awards, the seven categories and selection criteria show IDC’s digital transformation pillars, namely Leadership DX, Omni-Experience DX, Information DX, Operating Model DX and Worksource DX.”
