Sanjay Gupta, Head of Cloud Business – Asia Pacific and Middle East, Managing Director of India and Middle East
Sanjay Gupta has been appointed as Head of Cloud Business – Asia Pacific and Middle East, and is also Managing Director of India and Middle East. Shilpi Puri has been promoted to Senior Director, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, Asia Pacific and Middle East. The company has also promoted Richard Loberas to Head of Sales for ASEAN and Korea.

According to Frost & Sullivan, the compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of Asia Pacific Cloud Contact Center is 14.1% till 2021, and ASEAN Cloud Contact Center is growing faster at 22.8% CAGR till 2021. This signifies the importance placed by companies to evolve and improve their customer service operations, as customers increasingly demand better service.
