Amdocs’ MFS solution has been powering GCash money services since 2004.

With this latest solution, GXI will be able to deliver services with a seamless customer experience across multiple touch points, as well as improved analytics to view and manage their transactions. Besides upgrading GXI’s system, Amdocs will also provide end-to-end delivery services including project scope analysis, development, deployment, testing, capacity analysis and ongoing support services.

“The Philippines market is increasingly shifting towards mobile payments, given the exponential rise in adoption of smartphones and online shopping,” said Patrick McGrory, division president for Amdocs emerging offerings. “The upgrade of GXI’s existing system with Amdocs’ latest MFS solution and services builds on our existing solution that has supported GCash over the last 14 years.
