Apacer unveiled its latest gaming DDR4 memory module, PANTHER, produced to support next generation Intel’ Skylake platform.
With a total capacity of 64GB, Panther DDR4 runs at 2666MHz with 1.2V. There are 4GB or 8GB capacities available. The three available clock frequencies are 2133/2400/2666MHz with tight 15-15-15-36, 16-16-16-36 timings. It supports XMP 2.0 profiles for simple and easy overclocking with 2400MHz and for frequencies above.
The operating voltage of 1.2V helps reduce power consumption, so that PANTHER DDR4 guarantees fast speed as well as stability on a high system load during long gaming session. Also, Apacer employs high quality and high-end ICs for PANTHER gaming DDR4.
For PANTHER DDR4, Apacer adopts an advanced heat spreader. The top of the heat spreader comes with dual color construction, colored gold and silver. Right next to the logo, there is a HP (Health Point) design that goes with the game mode. The bottom serration element is integrated into the heat spreader.
