Epson strengthened its foothold in the textile printing market with the introduction of its new SureColor next-generation digital textile dye sublimation printers that include the SC-F6270, SC-F7270, and SC-F9270. These SureColor fabric printers feature a high-density black ink that produces black prints, which is recommended for high-volume commercial applications.
The SC-F9270, which uses the PrecisionCore printhead technology with an original dual 1.5L ink tank system, delivers printing speeds of up to 100.1 square meters per hour (m2/h). Using the Epson UltraChrome DS Ink technology, the SC-F9270 can produce more vibrant colors, more intense black, sharper contours and smoother gradations.
“Epson has integrated the speed, precision and durability of PrecisionCore technology – Epson’s foremost printhead technology, to create this digital textile printer masterpiece. It is a testimony of Epson’s perseverance to stay ahead of the burgeoning growth of digital textile printing for fashion and other applications,” said Shaun See, regional head of Epson Commercial and Industrial (C&I) printers.
Digital textile printing trend in Asia-Pacific is the largest and fastest growing market with a Compound Annual Growth Rate or CAGR of 21.4%.
