Upland Software, Dell Boomi partner to accelerate enterprise application connectivity

Upland Software, a player in cloud-based Enterprise Work Management, partnered with Dell Boomi to deliver the Upland Integration Manager. Dell Boomi AtomSphere, the integration platform-as-a-service (IPaaS), is eyed to simplify the integration between customer business systems and Upland’s Enterprise Work Management applications.

In partnership with Dell Boomi, the Upland Integration Manager capabilities will provide customers: integration between Upland’s family of cloud-based products and with a customer’s existing set of applications to improve organization objectives; reduced time to deployment for additional integrations and simplified management; and complete data transparency between system silos to increase efficiency and deliver actionable outcomes.

“Powered by Dell Boomi, Upland Integration Manager will deliver enhanced integration capabilities that address both our own internal integration needs and those of our customers, in a comprehensive and robust way,” said Tim Mattox, president and COO of Upland Software.

In establishing a partnership with Dell Boomi, Upland Integration Manager will provide a customer-centric solution that increases user efficiency across platforms and applications to support planning, execution, visibility and reporting.

“The Upland Software/Dell Boomi partnership will support Upland customers by streamlining customer experience, saving time and resources through fast, agile and comprehensive service,” said Chris McNabb, GM of Dell Boomi. “Upland Integration Manager will enable users to seamlessly enhance existing applications with Upland solutions to increase visibility, and automation at scale, helping them to achieve more favorable business outcomes and drive customer value.”
