Lenovo has introduced the Lenovo E31, a laptop which boasts same quality requirement as ThinkPad products; and the Lenovo S500, a small form factor desktop. Powered by an Intel-based processor, these devices are designed for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Weighing 1.59 kilograms and measuring 25.5 millimeters, the Lenovo E31 is packed with up to the 5th Generation Intel Core i7 processor, runs Windows 8.1 operating system, and upgradeable to Windows 10 OS, including applications. It is equipped with AccuType keyboard.
The E31 laptop also offers a 13-inch full high-definition anti-glare display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution for business presentations as well as for watching movies and playing games. The laptop features a 180-degree rotating metal hinge for screen sharing and connectivity which includes VGA & HDMI, two USB 3.0 ports and a 4-in-1 card reader for data sharing. For Internet connections, it has 802.11 a/c Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 and an optional fingerprint reader for securing data.
On the other hand, the Lenovo S500 is a desktop that is 26% smaller than other small form factor models and powered by 4th Generation Intel Core i7 processor. It runs on Windows 10 OS and has SSD storage that offers fast response times when using multiple applications. It is also equipped with InstantGo, a technology that allows quick boot up and resume.
For Internet connectivity, the Lenovo S500 has Wi-Fi access and integrated Bluetooth, and an 802.11 a/c card for faster data transfer rate and dual-antenna that yields 360-degree signal coverage and helps avoid a crowded signal.
Now available through Lenovo corporate resellers, the Lenovo E31 laptop and Lenovo S500 desktop can be bought for P30,990 and P26,000, respectively.
Both devices offer a one-year warranty for onsite/in-home services. For E13, the warranty is upgradeable up to three years while for S500, it is upgradeable up to five years.
Lenovo also provided a sneak peek to its newest ThinkPad Stack that integrates in one stacked system four accessories including hard disk drive, wireless router, Bluetooth speaker and USB power banks, tailored to provide users the functions they need.
The decks, in a modular design, can be stacked in any manner and allow users to use the specific modules they need. For upgrading purposes, the stack can be bought separately or per piece.
The ThinkPad Stack system will be available next quarter, around November or December and the whole stack is priced at P15,000.
