PLDT, through its Information and Communications Technology (ICT) subsidiary ePLDT, recently announced its inclusion in the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider Program.
The first Philippine telco to resell Microsoft Office 365 in the market, PLDT elevated its status to Cloud Solutions Provider so it can directly offer Microsoft Cloud Services to its customers. “Cloud technologies have become increasingly popular due to its cost efficiency, reliability and ease of deployment,” shared Jovy Hernandez First Vice President & Head of PLDT ALPHA Enterprise. “Our goal has always been to provide our customers with the innovative tools and the unparalleled support they need to become more competitive and elevate their businesses, and being a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider empowers us to deliver on that promise.”
“To meet the growing demand of our cloud-based solutions, we’re thrilled to expand the capabilities for cloud partners under the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider Program,” said Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. “By joining the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider Program, partners will deepen customer relationships and expand business opportunities in the cloud.”
