Lenovo Philippines has launched its Hangout campaign which promotes a better way for users to spend quality time with anyone, together with their hangout buddy, Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2, which boasts the hold, stand, tilt and hang mode functionalities.
Supporting the campaign are beauty queen MJ Lastimosa and model Markki Stroem, Lenovo’s new hangout ambassadors, who will be visible in the campaign’s upcoming marketing activities such as promotional events, road shows and fan meet-ups in select upcountry and Metro Manila-based Lenovo Exclusive Stores.
Promotional contests will also be held, where customers get the chance to go on an Ilocos Heritage Tour with the brand ambassadors. The campaign will be driven by social media, and users can look forward to viral Facebook activities.
With Yoga Tablet 2 as a hangout buddy, users can hold it with a firm grip when showing photos and videos to friends; can enjoy movie marathons with its improved kickstand and Dolby front speakers for an immersive sound experience; and hang it to record and make videos they can share in social media.
Aside from allowing users to use in hold, stand, tilt and hang modes, Yoga Tablet 2 boasts a high-definition eight-megapixel camera with f2.2 wide-aperture lens, advanced glare-reducing glass, and a BSI 2 sensor for users to instantly capture quality selfies during their hangout sessions.
“I love taking selfies and group photos when eating out with friends or hanging out with kids, so the Yoga Tablet 2’s front and back cameras are great features. My friends and I cook sometimes so I can make use of the Hang mode to view recipes when we have our cookout sessions,” said Lastimosa.
The Yoga Tablet 2 also features a dual-band Wi-Fi and a micro USB port with OTG connection, allowing users to charge their phones with a separate cable to stay connected anywhere, anytime.
Equipped with a battery life of up to 18 hours, the Intel-powered tablet supports Android 4.4 which enhances touchscreen experience so users can listen to music while browsing the Internet without a hitch.
“The Yoga Tablet 2’s Tilt mode is perfect for playing with apps. I thrive on social media and I enjoy keeping everyone posted about my life, so the Yoga Tablet 2’s mobility and portability features are perfect for me,” said Stroem.
