SAP launches ‘Early Knowledge Transfer’ program

Early Knowledge Transfer is SAP’s enablement offering for innovations and is already available with release to customers of the respective product. It supports all SAP product introductions through both the general availability care program and the SAP Ramp-Up program.

SAP SE has announced the Early Knowledge Transfer program. Early Knowledge Transfer has evolved from and will replace its predecessor, the SAP Ramp-Up Knowledge Transfer service. It addresses the knowledge needs in support of SAP’s fast-paced product delivery cycles and cloud expectations towards easy access and consumption of learning, and thereby supports SAP customers and partners in adopting innovations early and successfully.

SAPEarly Knowledge Transfer is SAP’s enablement offering for innovations and is already available with release to customers of the respective product. It supports all SAP product introductions through both the general availability care program and the SAP Ramp-Up program.

Learners get access through cloud-based, award-winning SAP Learning Hub, which provides easy access to comprehensive and up-to-date educational content on a wide range of SAP solutions, anytime, anywhere. This puts full access to Early Knowledge Transfer at the fingertips of all subscribers to SAP Learning Hub – currently 100,000 external learners. Early adopter customers and partners who have not yet subscribed can request a time-limited free access to SAP Learning Hub.

Early Knowledge Transfer leverages the latest learning methods, including simple and effective access to learning content via the SuccessFactors Learning solution, software from SuccessFactors, an SAP company, state-of-the-art online courses, collaboration with other learners and SAP experts via learning rooms leveraging the SAP Jam social software platform, as well as opportunities to practice and experience new SAP products hands-on.

Early Knowledge Transfer delivers an on-demand, simple and highly effective educational experience. The new learning program functionality makes it easier for the learner to find and consume content, and to track progress.

Early Knowledge Transfer is accessible anytime from any device through SAP Learning Hub. Customers and partners engaged in a ramp-up or general availability care program who do not have a subscription to SAP Learning Hub are eligible for three months of free access to the full SAP Learning Hub for up to five users. Customers also have the option to extend this for an additional six months when limited to project-relevant content.
