Attended by top clients from various industries, the two events highlighted PLDT’s latest services that can boost business operations and productivity.
Featured was PLDT’s Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS), a call center solution that packs a wide range of applications such as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Screen Capture, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and remote agent desktop or VDI. Running on a cloud environment, the cost-effective CCaaS provides users with a flexible pay-per-use pricing model.
PLDT Managed Unified Communications, on the other hand, lets users enjoy comprehensive maintenance, health check, training and security management for their voice systems, be it legacy PABX or IP Telephony and Unified Communications.
The roadshow also featured PLDT ’s pioneering Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS), which offers enterprise-rich features, such as IP Telephony, Unified Messaging, Mobility, IM & Presence, and Collaboration. These features are all accessible via IP Phone,
Mobile App, PC Client and Web Admin Portal, allowing users to stay connected anytime, anywhere with any device.
Aside from these enterprise voice solutions running on the PLDT Cloud, the PLDT ALPHA Enterprise roadshow also showcased other services such as the PLDT Conferencing Suite, which enables users to host their own Audio, Video and Web conference at any time and from any location through any device; PLDT SIP Trunks, a scalable IP voice connectivity solution that allows enterprise customers make local calls across multiple office sites and even outside calls easily and more affordably; and Toll Free 800, which lets business customers make free calls to the company, helping it serve and respond to a larger customer base.
