Save on training funds while enhancing your professional qualifications and business competitiveness by signing up for the new Salesforce.com Public Administration Training to be conducted by IPC (IP Converge Data Services, Inc.) from August 4 to 8, 2014 at the G/F Briefing Room, PLDT Innolab Bldg., #721 Boni Avenue, Barangay Malamig, Mandaluyong City.
Open to both experienced administrators and anyone who wants to start his or her career as a Salesforce.com system administrator, consultant or developer, the course will equip IT professionals with the basics, functionalities and best practices of administering the world’s leading customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
The training will also prepare participants to take a CRM certification exam that will help boost their careers, enrich their credentials and empower their teams.
“For the second consecutive year, IPC has made the Salesforce.com Administration training course accessible to Filipinos,” said Egie Gutierrez, IPC Vice President for Cloud Professional Services. “Companies or individuals can save on travel and accommodation expenses as they no longer have to travel or send their IT staff abroad to learn a key technology.”
Like last year, the training course will cover topics such as navigation, organization administration, customization, client management, security & access, data validation, data utilities, analytics, marketing administration, collaboration, AppExchange, service & support administration, and other helpful resources.
The course fee is at US$220 per attendee per day for the five-day training session. The fee is inclusive of daily meals and a certificate of completion for each attendee.
The investment, according to IPC, is significantly less compared to the cost of acquiring the same through other channels.
Gutierrez said that IPC’s training module is hands-on and interactive and will cover all the important things that an IT administrator needs to learn or review to maximize the features of Salesforce CRM.
The market and technology leader in on-demand business services, Salesforce’s suite of on-demand applications enables customers to manage and share all of their sales, support, marketing and partner information on-demand. IPC became Salesforce’s Gold Cloud Alliance Partner last year, an upgrade from its previous Silver partnership tier, which further enhanced its capacity as Salesforce.com partner.
“The Salesforce Administration Training course is part of our efforts to leverage our Gold partner status to bring the benefits of the cloud to more Philippine enterprises,” said Gutierrez.
