SP/Silicon Power, provider of memory storage solutions, has released five USB 3.0 portable hard drives that offer 2TB of storage.
Enclosed in rugged casing designs for protection, the Armor A30, Armor A80, Stream S03, Diamond D03 and Diamond D05 hard drives have passed an experimental drop test from 122 cm to 300cm, which is the highest height amongst this industry.
Moreover, the A80 can be placed under water up to a meter deep and for up to 30 minutes without damage, claims the Taiwanese company.
The SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface of the hard drives can provide users with data transfer speed that is ten times faster than USB 2.0 interface.
With 2TB storage, users can store nearly one million high-resolution digital photos, around 500,000 songs or over 880 hours Full-HD videos.
All Silicon Power portable hard drive products are backed by a 3-year warranty and come with the exclusive free download software – SP Widget, which provides seven major backup and security tools, and a 60-day trial version of NIS (Norton Internet Security).
Furthermore, SP also provides users with the Recuva File Recovery, which allows users to rescue the deleted files including digital photos, documents, music and videos easily.
