The technologies provided by Microsoft respond to the current needs of NCST. As one of the fastest growing technological institutions in Southern Luzon, NCST is looking for partners and programs that can help it modernize learning at the same, will enable its graduates to be future-ready. With the rise of cloud and mobility as IT trends, NCST understands that tablets will be an essential tool not just in the classroom but in the workplace.

NCST chose Windows 8.1 tablets to provide its students with a no-compromise user experience for learning. When students need to be productive, they can leverage Office applications that work best with Windows. When they need to be on-the-go, students can benefit from the mobility and touch capabilities of Windows tablets. Thinking beyond using tablets simply as eBook readers, NCST relies on Windows to provide their students with solutions that support dynamic industry content.

As it is happening now in the workplace, users need to access important documents and collaborate with others despite geographical differences. In line with this, NCST is also moving to the cloud with Office 365 so its students and teachers can access their files, facilitate learning, and collaborate with one another anytime, anywhere, and across multiple devices. As Office 365 is a secure cloud technology, the data even personal information of students and teachers are safe.
