Smart Bro, a subsidiary of Smart Communications, Inc., has announced its latest laptop bundles that are aimed at students.
The bundles come with a Pocket WiFi which provides 50 hours of Internet surfing every month, protected by an Anti-Bill Shock Guarantee.
“Smart Bro’s Anti-Bill Shock Guarantee means parents wouldn’t have to worry about paying a high amount in their monthly bills as the subscription automatically becomes unlimited once the usage reaches P1,899 for Plan 1299 or P1,599 for Plan 999,” explains Michele Curran, Data and International Services Marketing Head at Smart.
Notebooks available under the bundles are Windows 8 hybrids, namely the Asus Transformer Book T100 under Plan 1299 and the Acer Iconia W4 under Plan 999.
The Asus Transformer Book T100
The Asus Transformer Book T100 comes with a 10-inch tablet that can easily be connected to a dock with a full-sized keyboard. It also comes with Windows 8 and Microsoft Office Home & Student 2013 built-in.
Meanwhile, the Acer Iconia W4, an 8-inch device powered by an Intel Bay Trail Z3740 chip and the latest Windows 8.1 OS, comes with a full-sized Bluetooth keyboard cover.
Other notebook gadget deals are also available through Smart Bro’s Gadget Plus Plans, including the Samsung ATIV Book 2 notebook and the Acer Aspire V5122P Touch, which both come with a Power Plug-It and 50 hours of Internet surfing every month.
