Graphics accelerator assembler Palit Microsystems has launched the Palit GeForce GTX 700 JetStream series, a next-generation graphics cards assembled using Nvidia chip which is known for its 28nm architecture that is designed for the ultimate gaming experience. Available in three versions (GTX 760, GTX 770, and GTX 780), the series offers faster, smoother and quicker performance than its previous offerings.
Using GeForce Experience applications developed by NVidia, the Palit graphics card ensures users of the easiest way to optimize games and keep their drivers up-to-date. The Palit GTX 700 JetStream series features its brand new utility called “ThunderMaster.”
According to Gabriel Angelo Gonzales, a Palit Product Development Specialist of Ubertech, Inc., this utility allows users to drag the performance to its maximum score and it is used as a tool for overclocking where a user can tweak video card to the highest mode.
The GTX 700 JetStream series has an LED lighting on its thermal solutions which provides ambient lighting to further immerse gamers into the gaming world.
A turbo fan blade, which was inspired by the power of jet engines, is present to improve cooling performance by generating a powerful air stream and air pressure. It also comes with an optimized air flow system, consisting of three fans with alternating blade rotations, to reduce air flow conflicts and effectively improve overall cooling performance.
Another feature which is currently available in Palit graphics card is the DR MOS which offers high current circuits, low noise operation and effective heat reduction. To further improve overclockability and stabilize voltage level, the card has an 8-Phase PWM. It also supports DVI connections.
The Palit GeForce GTX 760 JetStream has 2,048MB of memory and loaded with 1,152 NVidia CUDA cores.
Its video output consists of HDMI, 2x DVI, and DP. The GeForce GTX 770 JetStream boasts an NVidia CUDA cores of 1,563 and memory configuration of 2GB. It uses PCI Express 3.0 as its interface. The GeForce GTX 780 JetStream, on the other hand, offers a 3GB memory configuration and loaded with 2,304 NVidia CUDA cores. It also supports PCI Express 3.0.
Meanwhile, the NVidia 700 series has also its important features to share. Its PhysX and TXAA technologies promote stunning graphics. PhysX brings games to life with dynamic destruction and life-like animation, and enables a totally new class of physical gaming interaction. On the other hand, the TXAA technology is a new film-style technique designed to reduce temporal allasing, like crawling and flickering seen in motion when playing games, for a smooth graphics appearance.
With a GPU Boost, the NVidia 700 series maximizes clock speeds based on workload of the game to push performance to new levels and bring out the best in every game. It is a Kepler-based GPU with 2,880 CUDA cores.
Other features include adaptive vertical sync, 3D vision surround, and it supports PCI Express 3.0.
